Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms This agreement applies as between you (“the Participant”) and Transformational Change Institute (“we”, “us”, “our”). By completing payment for a certification or course offered by the Transformational Change Institute, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. Certifications and Services Transformational Change Institute provides professional development certifications, training programmes, and learning pathways delivered online, in person, or through blended delivery. Each certification may consist of one or more sessions, modules, or learning components, as described at the time of registration. 3. Course Delivery and Changes We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to course content, facilitators, delivery format, or scheduling where required, provided the core learning outcomes of the certification are maintained. 4. Pricing and Payment All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive or exclusive of GST as indicated. Payment is required in full prior to course participation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (such as Stripe). We do not store payment details. 5. Confirmation and Access Upon successful payment, your place in the selected certification is confirmed. Further course information, access links, and supporting materials will be provided closer to the course commencement date. 6. Transfers, Cancellations, and Refunds Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase: Certification fees are non-refundable once a course has commenced. Requests to transfer to a future certification date must be made in writing and are subject to approval and availability. Failure to attend all or part of a certification does not entitle the participant to a refund or partial credit. If Transformational Change Institute cancels a certification, participants will be offered either a transfer to a future date or a full refund. 7. Certification Requirements Certification is issued upon completion of the required learning components and participation as outlined for each programme. Partial attendance may affect certification eligibility. 8. Intellectual Property All certification content, materials, frameworks, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of the Transformational Change Institute. Participants may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, or share materials without prior written consent. 9. Participant Conduct Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. Removal does not entitle the participant to a refund. 10. Disclaimer Certifications are provided for professional development purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or psychological advice. Participants remain responsible for how learning is applied within their own context. 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transformational Change Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in any certification or course. 12. Privacy Personal information will be handled in accordance with New Zealand privacy legislation and our Privacy Policy. 13. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts. 14. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Updated terms will apply to future certifications and, where relevant, ongoing participation.
