Registrations
Your registration secures your place in the programme listed for the specific date and city selected. Spaces are limited and confirmed once payment is received (either via Stripe or invoice).
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand plans can change. Refunds are available up to 30 days prior to the event date.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, however your registration may be transferred to another date of the same programme, subject to availability.
If you need to cancel more than one participant on an organisational booking, the same timeframes apply.
Transfers
You may request a transfer to another city or date up to 6 weeks (42 days) before your original event. Transfers requested inside 6 weeks are considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur an administration fee.
Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute participant at no additional cost. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the event so we can update our records.
Event Changes
The Transformational Change Institute reserves the right to update event venues, dates, facilitators or delivery format where required. If an event must be rescheduled, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date, or you may request a credit toward another programme.
Invoices & Purchase Orders
Invoice registrations are due within 7 days unless otherwise arranged. Seats are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Behaviour & Participation
TCI events are designed as safe, inclusive learning environments. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour compromises the learning experience for others.
