

This qualification provides leadership with the knowledge, tools and skills to unite their people through times of change and transformation.
This is a practice-based transformation journey that enables you to lead while you learn through a combination of live coaching, online learning and applied activities.
Session 1: United Performance Mode.
Kick off with a live 2 hour coaching session to be introduced to UP Mode and identify a specific change priority in your work context. You will be supported to complete a Change Case Analysis, mapping out how you will apply the learning to your leadership context over the following 20 weeks.
Weeks 2–19: Learn. Apply. Reflect.
Each week, you will complete around 1.5-2 hours of learning, deep dives into the Unity Conditions and key leadership practices plus workplace application. You will explore the real-time risks in leading through change, how to embed the unity conditions and activate change success through confident transformational leadership.
Applied activities guide you to test and practice what you learn in your real-world role.
Session 20: Lead with Intentional Design.
End with a second 2-hour live coaching session to complete your Intentional Culture Design, using the SIMPLE. Growth Framework. Walk away with competency in the SIMPLE. Leadership Knowledge Set and a tailored plan to embed the Unity Conditions in your leadership.
